Leader's bio

Deirdre Campbell

CEO

Truly a master of her domain, Deirdre is the ultimate connector. Bringing people and ideas together, she could find common ground between a tree-hugger and developer. Backed by an Accredited Public Relations (APR) designation, MBA from Royal Roads University and a Journalism Degree from Ryerson University, it’s no wonder she is the owner and co-founder of Tartan Group.

Sustainable travel is also her passion: she helped found the BC Sustainable Tourism Collective, has spoken internationally on Eco & Sustainable tourism, and routinely engages with ecotourism industry forums and committees.
