Customer loyalty campaign

Great Canadian Casino (View Royal) approached Copeland to develop a campaign that could mitigate forecasted revenue losses of 20% caused by renovations. Copeland developed a mass media and online campaign, as well as some tactical promotions, which rewarded patrons for their loyalty, even in the short-term. Throughout the renovations, patronage has held steady and revenues have remained flat, an outstanding result.

Since then Copeland has been awarded the marketing work for Great Canadian Casino’s Nanaimo destination.
