Salmon Beach wanted to talk to city dwellers with passions outside the city limits.

Copeland researched and determined that 3 types of enthusiasts were drawn to this wild area: surfers, fishermen and kayakers. We developed an integrated campaign across print and online channels that presented everyday urban snapshots, interpreted by these passionate outdoors people.

Special offers were also developed for different target groups coming from the Island and the mainland. Over 500 quality leads were handed off to the real estate agents.
